This 50 year old lady had worked hard all her life taking care of the needs of others. She finally decided to start taking care of herself.  On the recommendation of her friends who had seen Dr. Lam at AlluraDerm MD Med Spa in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she finally made an appointment.  This lady has never had botox or fillers and Dr. Lam took the time to explain the use of both for panfacial rejuvenation and made a plan along with her for her injectable make over.  After initial botox had set in, Dr. Lam started to work on her using a combination of Juvederm and Voluma from her top down. This resulted in her eyes being more open and less tired looking, her face having more youthful contours both from the front and oblique view and the lines in her face being less obvious.
