This 40 year old runner takes pride herself in diet, training and fitness. She has little body fat but unfortunately, she has also lost the fat in her face. On top of that, being an avid outdoor runner, she has been through the elements even though she has been careful to use a good sunscreen. She demonstrated marked panfacial deflation and reasonably moderate descent for her age as noted in her nasolabial folds (parenthesis), marionette lines and jowls.  The tissues around her eyes and cheeks were sunken. A friend recommended her to visit Dr. Lam at AlluraDerm MD Med Spa in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After initial consult for panfacial rejuvenation, she received botox to help reshape her face before embarking on the fillers.  Dr. Lam used Juvederm and Voluma to give her a more youthful and vibrant appearance. Her upperface rejuvenation has highlighted the pretty eyes she has by opening them up. Her midface restoration has taken away her gaunt look and has given her a more youthful contour and a lifted appearance. Her lower face with a more contoured jaw line and perioral restoration has enhanced her overall appearance.  Her overall restoration resulted in her keeping her identity, being natural and not overdone and enhancing her best features which are her eyes. Although spoken in jest, she feels like she gone back to her college days!
