Enabled by the expanded capabilities of the Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths, the Dynamis provides up to four dimensions of treatment rejuvenating your face from inside your mouth to the superficial surface of your skin.

Fotona’s 4D laser treatment from the interior oral cavity to the exterior facial enables an inside-out rejuvenation by not only multilevel neocollagenesis (new collagen production) and remodeling but level-specific collagen layering and full-thickness contraction for persistent, no–downtime tightening and volumization. Because of the different approaches and different modalities used, different tissue planes are targeted precisely and specifically with different laser-tissue interactions. It is this precision and specificity that allows comprehensive rejuvenation.

What is the treatment like?

Firstly, all our patients that undergo any laser treatments will go through an in-depth consultation to ascertain if the treatment is appropriate for them. This includes any medical contraindications that might exclude them from the treatment to the expectations of the results, pricing, and the treatment process itself. All our patients will undergo a medical clearance by our in-house physician who will also be in the office throughout every treatment to ensure the safety and efficacy of the treatments.

Topical numbing medication is applied before treatment but some patients may tolerate it without a numbing medication. The first step of the treatment involves using a novel SmoothLiftin™ intraoral laser treatment vector. This is followed by various treatment modalities from the surface of the skin including SMOOTH®, FRAC3®, and PIANO® modes using various handpieces and state-of-the-art robotic scanners allowing precise photothermal, photocoagulation, and photomodulation to occur at various tissue planes that are unique to those layers of your face, not just the skin.

How many treatments do I need?

The results of the 4D Lift build on the previous. Typically 4 -6 treatments are required 4 weeks apart to build a foundation. Depending on your goals, lifestyle, medical conditions, and skin type, maintenance treatments can be as little as once a year.

When do I see the results?

Most patients see an immediate tightening and improvement of skin quality that improves over the next few weeks. With each treatment building on the previous, multiple treatments yield the best results, and the final results can be seen as soon as 4 weeks after the last treatment but can continue to improve for 4-6 months.
